Privacy Policy

This website is a simple, static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no accounts or forms. This page explains, in plain language, the small amount of data that is processed when you visit — and nothing more.
1. Who we are
Sueños Digitales is an independent mobile app development studio. We build and operate our own apps — Circle Royale, ChatIt, and شات عربي (Arab Chat) — and we run this website to tell you about them.
The only way to reach us is by email: support@suenos-digitales.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers only this website, www.suenos-digitales.com. It does not cover data handled inside our apps — each app has its own privacy policy, which is the document that governs your data when you use that app. Links to those policies are in section 9 below.
3. What happens when you visit
This site is plain HTML and CSS with zero JavaScript. There is nothing to sign up for, no forms to fill in, and no newsletter. When you visit this site, only four things involve any data about you:
- our web server writes a standard log entry (section 4);
- Cloudflare delivers the page to you (section 5);
- your browser fetches the site’s fonts from Google Fonts (section 6);
- and if you choose to email us, we receive that email (section 7).
That is the complete list.
4. Server logs
Like almost every website, this one keeps standard access logs on our own server. A log entry records your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, the URL you requested, and the time of the request.
We use these logs only for security (for example, spotting abuse or attacks) and for keeping the site running properly. They are rotated and deleted automatically on a normal log-rotation schedule; we do not keep them long-term or use them for anything else.
5. Cloudflare
This site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery network and security service that sits between your browser and our server. To do its job — serving pages quickly and filtering malicious traffic — Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses and related connection data (this includes network-error reports that Cloudflare may ask your browser to send it so it can detect delivery problems).

6. Google Fonts
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files directly from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent as part of that request, just as with any web request.

7. Email
If you write to support@suenos-digitales.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We keep that correspondence so we can answer you and follow up if needed. If you would like an email exchange with us deleted, just ask (section 10).
8. What we don’t do
On this website we do not:
- set cookies of any kind;
- run analytics or tracking of any kind;
- show advertising;
- profile visitors;
- sell data — anyone’s, ever.

Our visitors come from all over the world, and depending on where you live you may have legal rights over your personal data — such as the right to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Given how little this website processes, in practice the data we could hold about you is short-lived server logs and any email you have sent us. Whatever your jurisdiction, you can email support@suenos-digitales.com with any privacy question or request — for example, asking us to delete our correspondence with you — and we will respond.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them here. Note that Circle Royale is for players aged 18 and over; its own privacy policy covers that in detail.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles data, we will update this policy and post the new version on this page, with a new effective date at the top.
