Colorvale — Privacy Policy

Colorvale (“the app”) is made by Sueños Digitales (“we”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use Colorvale on iPhone or iPad.

The short version

  • No account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, age or any contact details.
  • Your pictures stay on your device. Everything you color, plus your coins, unlocks and settings, is stored only on your device. We have no server and never receive your artwork.
  • Ads. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob and its partners, which may use device identifiers as described below. Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages.

Information stored on your device

  • Your colored pictures and their thumbnails.
  • Your coin balance, unlocked pictures and colors, purchases, and settings.

If you delete the app, all of this is deleted with it. We cannot recover it because we never had a copy.

Photos

If you tap Save to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add images to your library. Colorvale can only add your finished picture and cannot see or read your photos.

Advertising

Colorvale uses Google AdMob to show banner, full-screen and optional rewarded video ads. AdMob may work with these mediation partners: Liftoff (Vungle), Unity Ads, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) and Pangle. These companies may collect:

  • your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt;
  • information about the ads you see and tap, and coarse device information (model, OS version, language, approximate location from your IP address).

They use this to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, ads are not personalized with your IDFA. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you are first asked for consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice any time in Settings ▸ Ad Privacy Choices.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Purchases are restored through your Apple Account with Restore Purchases.

Children

Colorvale is a general-audience app enjoyed by kids and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are restricted to a G content rating. A parent can remove all banner and full-screen ads with the Remove Ads purchase and can turn off personalized ads with the iOS tracking setting.
